Notorious. We often use this word when qualifying a negative personality or a bad character. This word primarily means “Famous” or “Popular” i.e’, It’s a Neutral Word. It’s acceptable to use Notorious in a positive context. For Instance, “He is a Notorious Philanthropist” Sounds weird. Yeah. It’s Correct.

A Queen Consort is the wife of a reigning king, and usually shares her spouse's social rank and status.
A Queen is a female ruler of an independent state, especially one who inherits the position by right of birth.
